液压支架是煤矿综采工作面的关键设备之一,投资可占综采工作面设备投资的2/3,其选型的成败直接关系到工作面的安全生产。济宁市蔡园煤矿因发展需要,薄煤层的开采成为亟待解决的问题。在对5201薄煤层工作面煤层赋存条件分析基础上,对液压支架进行选型,同时为类似工作面条件薄煤层选型提供了参考。
Hydraulic support is one of the key equipment of coal mining fully mechanized mining face, investment can account for 2/3 of the investment in fully mechanized coal mining face, the success or failure of the selection of the mining directly related to the work safety. Due to the development needs of Caiyuan Coal Mine in Jining City, the mining of thin coal seam has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the analysis of occurrence conditions of coal seam in 5201 thin coal seam, the hydraulic support is selected and the reference of thin coal seam with similar working conditions is provided.
