例1女性,13岁.因反复全身抽搐四年、智力下降半年入院.4年前,患儿自觉口唇发麻,左手拇指抽动,一次3~5分钟缓解,每日3~4次.两个月后出现左手抽动.继而两眼发呆,全身抽搐,意识丧失,颜面紫绀,遗尿,30~40分钟缓解.曾服苯妥因钠O.1,3次/d,一年无效.近半年发作频繁,智力下降.神经系统检查:智力下降,不能计算,10以内加减法,肌张力偏高,腱反射对称正常,Babinski(±).辅助检查:CSF常规、生化均正常.血钙1.15mmol/L脑电图呈癫痫波型,头颅CT示基底节、额叶、小脑广泛钙化灶.入院后经静脉补钙、维生素D_3、脑复康诸药应用,抽搐停止,智能有所恢复,住院一个月出
