目的:观察化瘀通脉胶囊对大鼠血栓形成、局灶性脑缺血/再灌注后脑组织水含量以及脑指数的影响。方法:采用Wistar种系雄性大鼠,随机分组,连续灌胃给药10d,末次给药1h后,采用颈总动脉k颈外静脉旁路血栓法、双侧颈总动脉结扎法造成的大鼠血栓形成、急性脑缺血模型,观察化瘀通脉胶囊对大鼠血栓形成、脑组织水含量、脑指数的影响。结果:化瘀通脉胶囊高、中剂量组对于大鼠血栓形成、脑组织水含量以及脑指数均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀通脉胶囊胶囊可明显抑制大鼠血栓的形成,并呈剂量依赖性;同时可明显改善脑组织含水量、脑指数,从而起到减轻脑水肿,增加脑组织的血液供应,改善脑缺血损伤的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Huayu Tongmai Capsule on thrombosis, brain water content and brain index after focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats. METHODS: Wistar male rats were randomly divided into groups and were continuously administered intragastrically for 10 days. After the last administration, rats were treated with common carotid artery external jugular vein bypass thrombosis and bilateral common carotid artery ligation. Thrombosis and acute cerebral ischemia models were used to observe the effects of Huayu Tongmai Capsule on thrombosis, brain water content and brain index in rats. Results: The thrombosis, brain water content and brain index of the rats in the high- and middle-dose groups of Huayu Tongmai Capsules were significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion: Huatan Tongmai capsule can significantly inhibit the formation of thrombus in rats in a dose-dependent manner. At the same time, it can significantly improve the water content and brain index of the brain, thus reducing cerebral edema and increasing the blood supply of brain tissue.
