经过40多年的发展,胜利医院目前已成为一所集医疗、预防、保健、教学、科研于一体的大型企业医院。但由于受政策的限制,医院人才缺乏的矛盾越来越突出,一定程度上影响了医院的长期发展。在目前中国石化集团公司(以下简称中石化)和油田强化用工总量管控的大环境下,医院一方面要根据医院发展的需要和专业技术人员的现状,对缺员情况进行分析,并积极向管理局申请加快人才引进,实施有计划、有步骤地引进高学历人才;另一方面必须优化人力资源配置,进一步提升人力资源管理水平,不断满足医院日益发展对人才的需求。
After more than 40 years of development, Shengli Hospital has become a large-scale enterprise hospital integrating medical treatment, prevention, health care, teaching, and scientific research. However, due to the restriction of the policy, the lack of contradictions in the talents of hospitals has become increasingly prominent, which has affected the long-term development of the hospital to some extent. In the current environment of Sinopec Group Company’s (hereinafter referred to as Sinopec) and the strengthening of the total amount of labor in the oilfield, the hospital must analyze the shortage situation and actively manage it according to the needs of hospital development and the status quo of professional and technical personnel. The bureau applied for accelerating the introduction of talents and implementing highly-educated talents in a planned and step-by-step manner. On the other hand, it must optimize the allocation of human resources, further improve the level of human resources management, and continuously meet the growing demand for talents in hospitals.
