素质教育是当今社会的热门话题,人人都在唾弃应试教育,然而为什么素质教育的推进举步维艰,我认为这需要更新教学观念,需要发挥教育工作者的主观能动性,光靠呼吁是不够的,需要大家主动去探索、实践,本人总结了一下十几年的劳技教育,体会到劳技课在推进素质教育中,有着特殊的作用。通过更新教学观念、营造和谐氛围、引导主动参与、重视实践操作、以学生为主体等方法培养学生的创新能力,推进学生综合素质的提高。
Quality education is a hot topic in today's society. Everyone is casting aside examination-oriented education. However, why quality education is difficult to promote? I think it needs to update the teaching concept. It is necessary to give play to the subjective initiative of educators. We take the initiative to explore and practice, I summed up more than a dozen years of technical education, skills training in the promotion of quality education, has a special role. Through updating the teaching concept, creating a harmonious atmosphere, leading the initiative to participate, focusing on practical operation, students as the main body and other methods to cultivate students' innovative ability and promote the improvement of overall quality of students.
