介绍用现场检测相同的设置对相控阵探头和系统进行校验、测评和表征的方法原理。给出了用不同试块、波型、探头尺寸及不同机械测定的示例。此法易于发现参数编程中的种种错误,包括楔块角度、第一阵元高度、楔块声速及探头阵元芯距等。列举了用不同的程控参数进行裂纹检测和定量的实例。该方法可望用于承压设备焊接接头现场检测施探前对相控阵线阵探头和系统的快速校验,很有实用性。
Introduces the methodological principles for verifying, characterizing, and characterizing phased-array probes and systems using the same setup for field testing. Examples are given for different test blocks, waveforms, probe sizes and different mechanical measurements. This method is easy to find errors in parametric programming, including the wedge angle, the first element height, wedge sound velocity and the probe array core spacing and so on. An example of crack detection and quantification with different programmed parameters is given. The method is expected to be used in the on-site inspection of welded joints of pressure-bearing equipment and is very practical for rapid verification of phased array line array probes and systems prior to exploration.
