Cultural power has never existed before, because culture alone can not be powerful. And politics alone or economy alone can not be powerful. Historical experience tells us that only armed force can achieve the goal of a powerful nation on its own, though such a powerful nation may not have a culture. Although cultural power is unrealistic, there is a strong culture in the real world. However, a powerful state ruled by force alone can not be called a real power. Only a culture backed by powerful ones can not serve the public. Only countries with political, economic, cultural and technological advancements can be regarded as true Cultural power. Therefore, I think it is possible to understand the concept of cultural power from the angle of nouns - building a cultural power or interpreting the connotation of cultural power from a verb’s point of view - to build a strong nation by culture Misreading My understanding is that culture is a country’s soft power, and this soft power must be supported by hard power to be strong. Culture is actually something that is open to the foundation of a strong national strength
