随着外企数量的增加,在外企中服务的中国员工已越来越多。但众所周知,外企的工作并不好干,除了职级升迁的“天花板”问题外,还有诸多如文化差异、风俗习惯等等“暗礁”,皆属于不能轻易触碰的“雷区”。所以,如何在外企创造优异的工作成绩,也是一门不小的学问。本文作者在法国公司里的生存经历,或许对刚刚任职外企或希望到外企工作的青年人有所启示。
As the number of foreign enterprises increases, more and more Chinese employees work in foreign companies. However, as we all know, the work done by foreign companies is not good. Apart from the “ceilings” of job promotion, there are many “reefs” such as cultural differences, customs and habits, all of which are “mined areas” that can not be easily touched. Therefore, how to create outstanding performance in foreign companies, but also a big learning. The writer’s survival experience in a French company may have implications for young people who have just started working for foreign companies or want to work in foreign companies.
