[目的]建立花粉中微量锰的ICP—AES法,以了解花粉中锰含量,并为花粉中锰的卫生标准的制定提供参考依据。[方法]用微波消解法消解样品,测定其中的锰含量。[结果]方法检出限为0.13μg/L、线性范围为0.10~10.00μg/ml、相关系数r=0.9999、加标回收率为99.8%~102.1%、相对标准偏差为1.04%~2.27%。对市售13个品种30份样品中锰进行了检测,结果锰含量范围为16.45~486μg/ml。[结论]市售个别品种花粉中锰含量很高,食用时应避免锰摄入过量而引起锰中毒。
[Objective] The purpose of the study was to establish ICP-AES method of trace manganese in pollen to understand the content of manganese in pollen and to provide a reference for the establishment of hygienic standard of pollen in manganese. [Method] The samples were digested by microwave digestion and the content of manganese was determined. [Result] The detection limit was 0.13μg / L, the linear range was 0.10-10.00μg / ml, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the recoveries were 99.8% -102.1% and the relative standard deviations were 1.04% -2.27%. Manganese was tested in 30 samples of 13 commercially available varieties. The results showed that the manganese content ranged from 16.45 to 486μg / ml. [Conclusion] The content of manganese in the pollens of some varieties on the market was very high. Manganese poisoning should be avoided when the excessive consumption of manganese.
