本文报道应用超分割~(60)Co旋转照射合并顺铂及5FU药物综合治疗14例食管癌的技术及其疗效.大多数患者接受了200mg顺铂和5g5FU的静脉滴注。在模拟机的正确定位下,以食管病变中心为轴心作同中心的240°旋转照射;每日照射二次,每次照射肿瘤量100CGY左右;平均食管照射总量为6500CGY/64次/50天、上述治疗后,患者的进食情况明显改善;食管X片检查显示食管壁光滑;随访一年中未发现死亡病例。作者认为对中、晚期食管癌,这是一种值得采用的新颖综合治疗方案。
This article reports the use of ultra-segmented ~ (60) Co rotary irradiation combined with cisplatin and 5FU drug treatment of 14 cases of esophageal cancer technology and its efficacy. Most patients received intravenous infusion of 200mg cisplatin and 5g5FU. Under the correct positioning of the simulator, the center of the esophageal lesion center was used as a concentric 240° rotation; twice daily irradiation, the amount of tumor was about 100CGY per irradiation; the average amount of esophageal irradiation was 6500CGY/64 times/50 After the above treatment, the patient’s eating situation improved significantly; esophageal X-ray examination showed a smooth esophageal wall; no deaths were found in the follow-up year. The authors believe that for advanced esophageal cancer, this is a novel comprehensive treatment plan worthy of adoption.
