目的探讨CD133与XAF1蛋白在胃肠道间质瘤中的表达及与临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测80例胃肠道间质瘤患者组织中的CD133及XAF1表达情况。结果 CD133及XAF1的表达水平与胃肠道间质瘤肿瘤部位、危险度分组高低有关(全部P<0.05)。与患者性别、年龄无关。CD133的表达水平与XAF1的表达水平呈负相关。结论 CD133及XAF1蛋白的表达与胃肠道间质瘤的恶性行为相关,检测CD133蛋白及XAF1蛋白的表达可以辅助判断胃肠道间质瘤的生物学行为。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD133 and XAF1 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors and its relationship with clinicopathological factors. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD133 and XAF1 in 80 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Results The expression of CD133 and XAF1 was related to the tumor location and the risk of gastrointestinal stromal tumor (all P <0.05). And the patient’s gender, age has nothing to do. The expression level of CD133 was negatively correlated with the expression of XAF1. Conclusion The expressions of CD133 and XAF1 are correlated with the malignant behavior of gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Detecting the expression of CD133 protein and XAF1 protein may be helpful to judge the biological behavior of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
