发展低碳城市已经成为世界发展的重点所在,而且实现低碳城市的规划与建设能够促进可持续发展现的进程,能够更加从容的应对气候变化问题,建设低碳城市能够促进可持续发展。本文通过对我国低碳城市建设现状分析的基础上,分析低碳城市建设过程中的难点,并提出关键性问题。利用公民、政府的作用特点,优化解决建设难点。同时在建设低碳城市中,应该通过制定科学的规划,对低碳城市的演化过程充分掌握,通过分析不同城市的结构、功能能等,对低碳城市的建设进行完善。
The development of low-carbon cities has become the focus of world development. In addition, the realization of low-carbon city planning and construction can promote the process of sustainable development, make it easier to deal with climate change, and build a low-carbon city to promote sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the current situation of low-carbon city construction in our country, this article analyzes the difficulties in the construction of low-carbon city and puts forward the key issues. Utilize the features of the role of citizens and governments, and optimize and solve construction difficulties. At the same time, in the construction of low-carbon cities, we should make full use of scientific planning to grasp the evolution of low-carbon cities and improve the construction of low-carbon cities by analyzing the structure and function of different cities.
