目的探讨阴囊鳞状细胞癌合并Paget病的诊断、治疗、发病因素及预后,提高对该病的认知及诊疗水平。方法回顾分析我院2006～2012年诊治的6例经病理证实为阴囊皮肤鳞状上皮细胞癌合并Paget病患者的临床资料。结果阴囊皮肤鳞状上皮细胞癌合并Paget病恶性程度较低,病程长,预后较好。结论早期诊断的重要方法是尽早行多点活检或手术,首选的治疗手段为病变处阴囊皮肤的早期广泛切除,并辅以放化疗等综合治疗。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis, treatment, incidence and prognosis of scrotal squamous cell carcinoma with Paget disease and to improve the cognition and diagnosis of the disease. Methods The clinical data of 6 cases of pathologically confirmed scrotal skin squamous cell carcinoma with Paget disease in our hospital from 2006 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results scrotal skin squamous cell carcinoma with Paget disease is less malignant, longer duration, the prognosis is good. Conclusion An important method of early diagnosis is multi-point biopsy or surgery as early as possible. The first choice of treatment is early extensive excision of the scrotal skin in the lesion, supplemented by radiotherapy and chemotherapy and other comprehensive treatment.
