针对当前高技能型营销人才缺乏、市场竞争深度化、营销手段应用过度等市场现状和人才需求特点,分析高职院校在营销人才培养中存在的问题,以南通科技职业学院为例,结合营销职业岗位需求,以高职人才培养目标为设计依据,以“校企合作、工学结合”为实现途径,提出了基于“理念引导、实战演练”的营销人才培养模式,并在教学中将两者相结合,培养创新型的高技能人才。
