三坐标测量机机器精度的标示和检定,一直是一个比较困难的问题。本文通过对影响测量机机器精度的误差因素及其影响作用的讨论,提出应以空间点位误差来标示测量机的精度,并提出了空间点位误差的测量方法。作者按照此法,用平尺和量块构成“L”型检具,方便地实现了一台中等尺寸的生产型测量机的机器精度的检定。结果表明,此法是经济有效的,特别适合于大型测量机的精度评定。
Coordinate measuring machine marking and verification of machine accuracy has always been a more difficult issue. Based on the discussion of the error factors that affect the accuracy of the measuring machine and its influence, this paper proposes that the precision of the measuring machine should be marked by the spatial point error, and the measurement method of spatial point error is proposed. According to this method, the author uses the flat ruler and the measuring block to form the “L” gage, which conveniently achieves the machine accuracy check of a medium-sized production type measuring machine. The results show that this method is cost-effective and is especially suitable for the accuracy evaluation of large measuring machines.
