用薄层层析－洗脱－紫外分光光度法，以石油醚（６０～９０℃）－氯仿－冰醋酸（１２：４：１）为展开系统，以阿魏酸为对照品，测定当归补血口服液中阿魏酸的含量。测定波长为３１８ｎｍ，阿魏酸在３８～７７ｍｇ／Ｌ的范围内线性良好，平均回收率为９８８１％，ＲＳＤ为１６０％
TLC-elution-ultraviolet spectrophotometry with petrol ether (60-90°C)-chloroform-glacial acetic acid (12:4:1) as the development system and ferulic acid as the reference substance to determine Angelica Sinensis blood supplement Oral fluid ferulic acid content. The measured wavelength was 318 nm, and the ferulic acid was linear in the range of 3 8 to 7 7 mg/L. The average recovery was 98 81%, and the RSD was 1 60%.
