介绍一种用于厚壁管道窄间隙全位置自动焊接机的二级分布式计算机控制系统，主机采用486笔记本计算机，由7个80C552单片机组成了现场控制级计算机，完成行走、钨极摆动、送丝。焊缝对中、焊接电流和焊接电压等过程的实时控制，利用串行通讯进行数据和命令的传输．整个系统采用中文菜单，鼠标输入各个参数和命令，实践表明该系统具有功能强、操作方便、工作稳定、控制精度高等特点，完全满足了厚壁管道窄间隙全位置自动焊接机的技术要求．
This paper introduces a two-level distributed computer control system which is used in narrow-gap full-position automatic welding machine of thick-walled pipe. The main computer uses a 486 notebook computer and consists of seven 80C552 single-chip computers to form a field control level computer. wire.
