众所周知,所谓标准,是指对重复性事物和概念所做的统一规定。它以科学技术和实践经验的综合研究成果为基础,以特定的形式颁布,作为共同遵守的准则和依据,在技术上具有法律效力。标准中对名词术语的解释,语言结构上必须严谨,经得起推敲,否则,也就无所谓标准。本文仅对 GB8706—88《钢丝绳术语》标准、GB341—89《钢丝分类及术语》标准所涉及两个名词术语解释提也异议及修改意见,供同行参考。 It is well-known that the so-called standard refers to the unified rules on repetitive things and concepts.
