目的为了掌握某军区医疗单位2014年部分放射诊疗设备机房周围环境辐射水平。方法现场检测、数据分析并依据相应的国家标准进行评价。结果除胃肠机、口腔X射线机、乳腺X射线机和放射治疗设备以外的设备机房均有检测不合格的项目;不合格的项目主要是防护门、防护墙、观察窗及核医学设备工作场所的表面污染;三种类型设备机房总的防护检测合格率由低到高的顺序是:核医学、放射诊断和放射治疗。结论某军区2014年放射诊断和核医学设备机房的防护检测合格率均比2013年的防护检测合格率低,应加强对新、改、扩建放射诊断设备机房的防护设计和施工监督,加强对手术室C形臂机房的防护建设、提高个人防护水平,加强对PET-CT、ECT等工作场所的表面污染监测。

C-arm room room building protection, improve the level of personal protection, strengthen the PET-CT, ECT and other workplace surface pollution monitoring.
