目的有报道称脊髓内置电极进行电刺激治疗(SCS)对于溃疡面积小于3 cm2的患者疗效显著,根据其治疗原理,笔者通过观察分析电刺激神经根(干)体表投影区治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效来证明电刺激外周神经根(干)的有效性。方法将60例经内科综合治疗,配以外科局部换药等系统处理过的糖尿病足溃疡患者随机均分为A(对照组)、B(治疗组)两组,其中治疗组附加给予体表神经根(干)投影区电刺激治疗,观察疗效指标,以确定神经根(干)电刺激治疗糖尿病足溃疡的效果。结果神经根(干)体表投影区电刺激治疗组在足溃疡治疗总有效率93.3%,而对照组为63.3%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病足溃疡在内科综合治疗和外科局部换药等处理基础上,加以体表神经根(干)投影区电刺激治疗是安全可行、积极有效的。

Conclusion Diabetic foot ulcer in the medical comprehensive treatment and surgical dressing on the basis of local treatment, to the surface of nerve root (dry) projection area of electrical stimulation is safe and feasible, and effective.
