江苏大学近日研制出一种改性纳米氧化亚铜涂料添加剂。该添加剂采用化学沉淀法制备纳米氧化亚铜颗粒,并用有机改性剂3-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(TMSM)对所制备的纳米氧化亚铜进行有机改性,其工艺方法具有生产条件简单、成本低廉等优点。据涂料技术与文摘了解,该纳米氧化亚铜粒子在可见光下发生光催化氧化作用,添加到常规涂料中,适用于装饰材料释放的甲醛、苯类、氨等毒害气体以及室内的各种霉菌、病毒、油烟气、氟利昂、氟利昂代替物等的去除,具有防霉、杀菌、除臭、净化室内空气等显著优点。
