利用多小穗 10 -A的 5 0份改良品系与绵阳 2 6杂交 ,对F1主要农艺性状的调查与分析表明 ,5 0个F1平均抽穗期较绵阳 2 6偏晚 1d左右 ,平均小穗数和平均千粒重呈正向优势 ,但平均穗粒数和平均穗粒重呈负向优势。说明小穗数的提高不一定导致穗粒数的增加。经评定 ,筛选出 15份穗粒重明显提高的组合。其中 ,97- 7、97- 94和 97- 95三个品系的F1较绵阳 2 6的穗粒重提高 30 %以上 ,可作为今后杂种优势利用或进一步杂交改良的重要亲本
The investigation of main agronomic traits in F1 using 50 lines of multi-spike 10-A crosses with Mianyang 26 showed that the average number of spikelets per 50 spikelets was about 1 day later than that of Mianyang 26, And the average grain weight has a positive advantage, but the average number of grains and the average grain weight per spike was a negative advantage. This shows that the increase of spikelets does not necessarily lead to an increase of spikelets. After the assessment, 15 combinations of significantly increased grain weight were screened out.
