以40MnB钢为例,介绍了硼相两条析出途径的研究结果。高温加热后缓慢冷却或等温时析出硼相是第一条析出途径,高温加热后快冷形成的过饱和固溶硼在再加热时析出硼相,是第二条析出途径。分析了两条途径的区别和联系,硼相析出数量、尺寸、位置等的差别以及主要的影响因素。讨论了两条途径中析出的硼相对硼钢性能的影响,以及两条析出途径研究的意义。
Taking 40MnB steel as an example, the results of two precipitation routes of boron phase are introduced. The slow precipitation or isothermal precipitation of boron is the first precipitation pathway after high temperature heating. The supersaturated solid solution boron formed by rapid cooling after high temperature heating precipitates boron phase when reheating, which is the second precipitation pathway. The differences and relations between the two approaches were analyzed. The differences in the amount, size and location of boron phase precipitation, as well as the main influencing factors, were analyzed. The effects of boron precipitation on the properties of boron steel in two ways and the significance of the two precipitation ways are discussed.
