以5个糜子品种为试材,研究糜子品种间8个农艺性状(穗长、千粒重、株高、倒二叶叶夹角、倒二叶叶面积、倒二叶叶脉密度、倒二叶上表皮气孔密度、倒二叶下表皮气孔密度)9项指标的形态解剖差异。结果表明,5个糜子品种间倒二叶叶绿素含量差异显著;株高等其他8项指标差异极显著;糜子的叶脉密度为4.65-5.66条·mm-1;糜子上表皮气孔密度大于下表皮气孔密度。本研究结果可为深入研究糜子品种资源提供理论依据。
Five varieties of millet were used as materials to study the effects of eight agronomic traits (spike length, 1000-grain weight, plant height, the angle of the second leaf, the area of the second leaf, the density of the second leaf, Stomatal density, inverted leaf epidermal stoma density) 9 morphological differences. The results showed that there were significant differences in the content of chlorophyll between the two broomcorn cultivars among the five cultivars. The other eight indexes of plant height were significantly different. The leaf vein density of broomcorn millet was 4.65-5.66 · mm-1. The stomatal density of the upper epidermis was higher than that of the lower epidermis . The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for further study of varieties of millet varieties.
