超声波能降低混合原油的粘度。采用薄层色谱技术对超声波处理前后混合原油组成进行分析,结果表明原油经超声波处理后,沥青质、胶质等重组分含量减少,芳香烃含量增多。原油经超声波处理后初始絮凝点逐渐升高,稳定性提高。100~280℃下原油热沉积实验结果表明,超声波处理能减少原油沥青质沉积引起的结垢现象,由此也证明超声波处理能提高混合原油稳定性。
Ultrasound can reduce the viscosity of mixed crude oil. The composition of mixed crude oil before and after ultrasonic treatment was analyzed by TLC. The results showed that the content of heavy components such as asphaltene and gum decreased after the ultrasonic treatment, and the content of aromatics increased. The initial flocculation point of crude oil increased gradually after ultrasonic treatment, the stability increased. The experimental results of thermal deposition of crude oil at 100 ~ 280 ℃ show that ultrasonic treatment can reduce the scaling caused by asphaltene deposition, which also proves that ultrasonic treatment can improve the stability of mixed crude oil.
