据2010年2月“Теплоэнергетика”的报道,核电站和火力发电站汽轮机的冷凝器主要决定了动力装置的效率。冷凝器运行状况的质量对核电站动力装置的经济性有重要影响,核电站冷凝器的单位蒸汽流量远大于火力发电站冷凝器的流量。某些情况下,破坏冷凝器的运行会减少动力装置的输出功率并降低其可靠性。采用耐腐蚀材料可以保证管系固定在管板上的可靠性和密封性,防止停机腐蚀。正确选择中间管板的跨距,可以减小振动。管束的有效布置可以使冷凝器的运行可靠并且经济。
According to a February 2010 report “Теплоэнергетика”, the condenser of nuclear power plant and thermal power plant steam turbines mainly determines the efficiency of the power plant. The quality of the condenser operating conditions has a significant impact on the economics of the plant’s power plant. The unit steam flow rate at the condenser of the plant is much larger than that of the thermal power station condenser. In some cases, disrupting the operation of the condenser reduces the output power of the power plant and reduces its reliability. Corrosion-resistant materials can be used to ensure the pipe system fixed tube plate reliability and sealing to prevent downtime corrosion. Correct choice of the middle of the tube plate span, can reduce vibration. The effective arrangement of the tubes makes the operation of the condenser reliable and economical.
