目的探讨高频超声在甲状腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法对经手术及病理证实的52例甲状腺癌及40例甲状腺腺瘤的二维及彩色多普勒(CDFI)超声表现进行分析比较。结果甲状腺癌表现的周边无声晕、低回声及微钙化灶检出率分别为82.69%,71.15%和59.60%,甲状腺癌的血供以高阻力为特征,与甲状腺腺瘤有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论结合二维声像图及CDFI表现,将有助于提高甲状腺癌诊断的准确性。
Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods Two-dimensional and color Doppler (CDFI) ultrasonographic findings of 52 cases of thyroid carcinoma and 40 cases of thyroid adenoma confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed and compared. Results The detection rate of peripheral echocardiography, hypoechoic echo and microcalcification in thyroid cancer were 82.69%, 71.15% and 59.60%, respectively. The blood of thyroid cancer was characterized by high resistance, which was significantly different from that of thyroid adenoma (P <0.01). Conclusion Combined with two-dimensional sonography and CDFI performance, will help to improve the diagnostic accuracy of thyroid cancer.
