目的研究黄连解毒汤对动脉粥样硬化大鼠主动脉组织MCP-1/CCR2mRNA表达的影响。方法建立动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型,随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组和黄连解毒汤低,中,高剂量组,阿托伐他汀组,用RT-PCR方法检测各实验组大鼠主动脉组织MCP-1,CCR2 mRNA表达。结果与模型组相比,黄连解毒汤中,高剂量组及阿托伐他汀组的MCP-1 mRNA、CCR2 mRNA表达明显降低,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05~0.01)。结论黄连解毒汤能下调MCP-1,CCR2 mRNA在主动脉的表达,减少局部炎症反应,减轻血管的损害。
Objective To investigate the effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on the expression of MCP-1 / CCR2 mRNA in the aortic tissue of atherosclerosis rats. Methods Atherosclerosis rat model was established and randomly divided into normal control group, model control group and Huanglian Jiedu Decoction low, medium and high dose groups, atorvastatin group, RT-PCR method was used to detect the aorta Tissue MCP-1, CCR2 mRNA expression. Results Compared with model group, the expression of MCP-1 mRNA and CCR2 mRNA in Huanglianjiedu Decoction group, high dose group and atorvastatin group were significantly decreased (P <0.05-0.01). Conclusion Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can down-regulate the expressions of MCP-1 and CCR2 mRNA in the aorta, reduce the local inflammatory reaction and reduce the damage of blood vessels.
