【目的】筛选对新疆MEAM1烟粉虱隐种高效、低毒的环境友好杀虫剂,预防和控制烟粉虱传播的番茄黄化曲叶病毒病危害,为安全防治烟粉虱提供科学依据。【方法】在喀什地区麦盖提县烟粉虱发生期,采用喷雾施药法,5种环境友好杀虫剂对设施番茄MEAM1烟粉虱隐种的田间药效并进行评价。【结果】施药后7 d,供试的5种杀虫剂对MEAM1烟粉虱隐种效果最佳,60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂、50%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂、30%噻虫嗪种子处理悬浮剂、20%啶虫脒可湿性粉剂、50%氟啶虫胺腈水分散粒剂田间防效依次为96%、94%、93%、93%、92%;至施药后14 d,药效降低显著,仅达50%左右。【结论】5种杀虫剂对MEAM1烟粉虱隐种的防治效果均较好,对番茄安全,可以作为防治设施番茄MEAM1烟粉虱隐种的推荐药剂;从各药剂的毒性、速效性比较,在设施番茄生产上优先推荐60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂和50%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂交替使用,每个生长季使用不超过2次,以延缓烟粉虱抗药性的产生。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to screen high efficiency and low toxicity environment-friendly insecticides against MEAM1 in Xinjiang and to prevent and control the yellow leaf curl tomato disease virus spread by Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius). It provides a scientific basis for the safe control of Bemisia tabaci. 【Method】 In the period of Bemisia tabaci in Mackay area of Kashi prefecture, five pesticides were sprayed and applied to evaluate the potential efficacy of concealed MEAM1 on B. tabaci. 【Result】 The results showed that the five insecticides tested had the best conceiving effect on MEAM1 Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) on the 7th day after spraying. The concentrations of 60 g / L spinosyn SC, 50% pymetrozine WP, The control efficacy of 30% thiamethoxam seed treatment suspension, 20% acetamiprid wettable powder and 50% floxatilide water dispersible granule were 96%, 94%, 93%, 93% and 92%, respectively. 14 d after application, the efficacy decreased significantly, only about 50%. 【Conclusion】 The results showed that the five insecticides had a good control effect on MEAM1 inoculation of B. tabaci, and the safety of tomato could be used as the recommended agent to control the invasiveness of B. tabaci MEAM1 to B. tabaci. To compare the toxicity and quick-acting effects of each pesticide, , It is preferable to use 60 g / L spinetoram SC and 50% pymetrozine water dispersible granule alternately in the facility tomato production, no more than 2 times in each growing season, so as to delay the resistance of the whitefly produce.
