为改善数控加工实验的单一性及机械性现状,加强综合性、创新性实验项目的开发,实验室充分利用VERICUT软件相关功能模块,设计了集机床构建、系统选择、刀具夹具设计、数控仿真、刀路优化及工件校验为一体的综合性数控加工实验。本文通过实例具体阐明了VERICUT软件在数控实验教学中的应用。实践证明,该软件的应用极大激发了学生的兴趣,加强了学生对数控加工相关专业知识技能的掌握,提高了数控加工实验的教学效果。
In order to improve the singleness and mechanical status of CNC machining experiments and strengthen the development of comprehensive and innovative experimental projects, the laboratory fully utilized the relevant functional modules of VERICUT software to design a set of machine tool construction, system selection, tool fixture design, numerical simulation, Knife Road Optimization and workpiece verification as one of the comprehensive CNC machining experiments. This article concretely illustrates the application of VERICUT software in CNC experiment teaching through examples. Practice has proved that the application of this software has greatly aroused the interest of students, strengthened students’ mastery of knowledge and skills related to CNC machining, and improved the teaching effect of CNC machining experiment.
