目的评价脐动脉超声血流图脐动脉收缩期血流速度峰值/舒张末期血流速度(S/D)、胎心监护的非应激性试验(NST)在产前监测中的应用。方法取本院住院孕妇260例进行NST和S/D监测,检查结果与分娩后羊水污染、脐带异常(缠绕、打结、过短)、新生儿窒息等发生情况进行比较。结果 NST和脐动脉超声血流图异常组发生羊水污染、脐带异常、新生儿窒息均较正常组明显增高(P均<0.05)。NST和脐动脉超声血流图均异常组发生羊水污染、脐带异常、新生儿窒息又较NST和脐动脉超声血流图单项异常组明显增高(P均<0.05)。结论超声脐动脉血流图在判断宫内胎儿变化中起着重要作用,若NST与其相联合监测,可以使妊娠晚期胎儿宫内情况判断更准确。
Objective To evaluate the value of umbilical artery ultrasonography in umbilical artery systolic peak flow velocity / end-diastolic flow velocity (S / D), fetal heart rate monitoring non-stress test (NST) in prenatal monitoring. Methods Totally 260 pregnant women in our hospital were monitored by NST and S / D. The results were compared with those of amniotic fluid contamination, umbilical cord abnormality (entanglement, knot knot, shortness of breath) and neonatal asphyxia after delivery. Results Amniotic fluid contamination, umbilical cord abnormality and neonatal asphyxia were significantly higher in NST group and abnormal umbilical artery ultrasound group than in normal group (all P <0.05). Amniotic fluid contamination, umbilical cord abnormality and neonatal asphyxia were significantly higher in NST and umbilical artery ultrasonography than those in NST and umbilical arterial ultrasonography (P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound umbilical artery blood flow diagram plays an important role in judging intrauterine fetal changes. If NST is combined with monitoring, the intrauterine situation in late pregnancy can be judged more accurately.
