目的:建立佳木斯地区替牙期正常儿童Ricketts分析法临床常用指标的正常值范围,并研究其颅面结构的性别差异和地域差异。方法:从1000名佳木斯地区替牙期儿童中选择正常儿童70例(男35例,女35例),年龄8~12岁,平均10.7岁,拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片,用Ricketts分析法进行测量分析,将数据进行男女性别组间比较,并将部分测量项目与其他地区正常中国人替牙期正常值进行比较。结果:建立佳木斯地区替牙期正常儿童Ricketts分析法头影测量正常值,男女性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与其他地区中国人替牙期正常正常值比较,部分项目存在明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:佳木斯地区替牙期正常儿童男女性别之间颅面结构差异不明显,佳木斯地区儿童颅面结构有其自身特点。
Objective: To establish the normal range of common clinical Ricketts index for children with normal dentition in Jiamusi region, and to study the gender difference and regional difference of craniofacial structure. Methods: Seventy children (35 males and 35 females) of normal children aged from 8 to 12 years (mean age 10.7 years old) were selected from 1000 Jiamusi children. The X-ray skull positioning lateral radiographs were taken and analyzed by Ricketts Method of measurement and analysis, the data for gender comparison between groups, and some of the measurement items and other areas of normal Chinese normal tooth population for comparison. Results: There was no significant difference between men and women in Ricketts analysis of normal children in Jiamusi region (P> 0.05). Compared with normal values of normal teeth in Chinese dentition in other regions, some items There was a significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion: There is no obvious difference in craniofacial structure between boys and girls in Jiamusi normal dentition. The craniofacial structure of Jiamusi children has its own characteristics.
