本文利用自制接触式丝经连续测试装置在工厂对钨丝直径的均匀性进行了数十万米的实际测试,得出了钨丝直径不均主要是由炉温、模温波动,以及加工率、润滑引起的结论。根据这一结论研制了专用温控装置,结合丝径仪进行了对比试验论证,得到了肯定的结果。最后,在工厂对现有45台套设备进行了改造。采用温度控制、适当加工率、充分润滑、丝径连续监测、调整工艺参数获得丝径均匀新工艺,大大提高了丝径均匀性,使之基本控制在国标称重法Ⅰ、Ⅱ级偏差指标范围内。继而采用丝径和力学性能综合监测和调整温度等工艺制度的方法,进一步获得了丝径均匀、高绕丝合格率的钨丝。本工艺已为工厂生产所证实。
