目的:观察子宫内膜息肉患者诊刮或宫腔镜治疗后放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统的效果。方法:选择2005年1月～2011年1月在浙江省青春医院就诊的已行诊断性刮宫或宫腔镜手术的子宫内膜息肉患者87例,观察组51例术后自愿接受曼月乐治疗,其余为对照组,随访24个月,观察两组子宫内膜厚度及息肉复发情况。结果:随访发现,与对照组相比,曼月乐使用者子宫内膜厚度变薄,子宫内膜息肉复发率低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜息肉患者术后应用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统有助于预防子宫内膜息肉的复发。
Objective: To observe the effect of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system after curettage or hysteroscopy in patients with endometrial polyps. Methods: From January 2005 to January 2011 in Zhejiang Province Youth Hospital for diagnosis of curettage or hysteroscopic surgery in patients with endometrial polyps in 87 cases, the observation group of 51 patients were treated with Mirena music , The rest for the control group, followed up for 24 months to observe the thickness of the two groups of endometrial and polyp recurrence. Results: Follow-up found that compared with the control group, Mirena users thinner endometrial thickness, the recurrence rate of endometrial polyps is low, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of levonorgestrel intrauterine system in postoperative patients with endometrial polyps can help prevent the recurrence of endometrial polyps.
