策略之一,打造多元载体立足救助职能建立救助保护联席会议制度。南京市救助管理站把未成年人社会保护作为联席会议的核心工作,形成了分工明确、齐抓共管的工作格局。构建社区救助保护网络体系。在市、区成立未成年人保护中心的基础上,推动建立了271个街道和社区救助点。在部分社区,依托社区网格化管理体系,建立了社区主任一社区儿童工作者一社区信息联络员三级未成年人社区保护网络。打造社会组织和社会力量参与平台。通过合作共建、购买服务、举办研讨交流等多种形式,积极引导社会力量参与未成年人保护工作。
