太原第二热电厂近几年来调峰任务不断加重,锅炉启停频繁,造成炉墙漏风严重,燃烧不稳,灭火故障时有发生.特别是由于旋转调峰幅度增加,当锅炉负荷低于80%额定负荷时,燃烧进一步恶化,必须投油助燃,限制了旋转调峰幅度,增加助燃用油量,并使灭火的机率增加,影响安全运行.为适应调峰需要,低负荷稳燃,节省助燃用油,该厂与清华大学热能工程系合作,在锅炉下排燃烧器位置加装多功能燃烧器,取得了较好的经济效益.
