[目的]分析婴幼儿缺铁性贫血与维生素A营养状况的关系,为婴幼儿缺铁性贫血的防治措施提供参考依据。[方法]对2010年6月至2011年5月费县妇幼保健院确诊的638例7月龄至3岁的缺铁性贫血患儿(病例组)进行血清维生素A含量测定,并与638名同年龄的健康儿童比较。[结果]血清维生素A含量,贫血组638例为0.91±0.34μmol/L,对照组638名为1.18±0.32μmol/L(P<0.01);轻度贫血组385例为1.02±0.28μmol/L,中度贫血组224例为0.95±0.33μmol/L,重度贫血组29例为0.83±0.36μmol/L,轻度高于中度、重度(P<0.01),中度与重度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清维生素A含量正常者所占比例,贫血组为28.06%,对照组为75.24%(P<0.01);轻度贫血组为41.56%,中度贫血组为8.48%,重度贫血组为0.00%(P<0.01)。[结论]婴幼儿缺铁性贫血与血清维生素A含量之间存在密切关系。
[Objective] To analyze the relationship between infantile iron deficiency anemia and nutritional status of vitamin A, and to provide reference for prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia in infants and young children. [Method] The serum vitamin A level of 638 children with iron deficiency anemia (case group) from July 2010 to May 2011 diagnosed in Feixian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from June 2010 to May 2011 were determined and compared with 638 Compared with healthy children of the same age. [Results] The serum level of vitamin A was 0.91 ± 0.34μmol / L in 638 cases of anemia and 1.18 ± 0.32μmol / L in control group (P <0.01), and 382 cases of mild anemia were 1.02 ± 0.28μmol / L 224 cases in moderate anemia group were 0.95 ± 0.33μmol / L, and 29 cases in severe anemia group were 0.83 ± 0.36μmol / L, which were slightly higher than those in moderate and severe cases (P <0.01). The percentage of patients with normal serum vitamin A level was 28.06% in anemia group and 75.24% in control group (P <0.01), 41.56% in mild anemia group, 8.48% in moderate anemia group and 0.00% in severe anemia group P <0.01). [Conclusion] There is a close relationship between infantile iron deficiency anemia and serum vitamin A content.
