我市农电管理总站自成立至1993年底,整个农电管理工作起色不大。如何使我市农电管理工作走出困境,尽快上台阶上水平,1994年,我们在局领导的支持下,确立了“抓好队伍,夯实基础,重点突破,争创辉煌”的发展战略,并着手实施“四个一”上台阶工程,即:培养一支好队伍,建立一套好制度,选准一个突破口,打下一个好基础。实施一年多来,面貌大变,农电管理工作受到社会各界的普遍赞扬和上级部门的充分肯定和表彰。
