大龄儿童髋关节发育不良的矫形手术颇具挑战,股骨旋转短缩截骨是难点之一,作者将3D打印导航模板应用到此手术中。对25例行髋关节发育不良矫形术的大龄儿童进行回顾性研究,导航组12例,对照组13例。结果发现,导航组手术时间、X线透视次数和股骨骨骺损伤的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1年根据McK ay评分标准评估,导航组优良率(83.3%)高于对照组(69.2%),但差异无统计学意义
Orthodontics for dysplastic hip dysplasia in older children is challenging. Shortening of the femur rotation is one of the difficulties. The authors applied the 3D printed navigation template to this procedure. Twenty-five elderly children with hip dysplasia were retrospectively studied, 12 in the navigation group and 13 in the control group. The results showed that the incidence of operation time, X-ray and epiphyseal injury in the navigation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). According to the McKay score, the excellent and good rate (83.3%) in the navigation group Higher than the control group (69.2%), but the difference was not statistically significant
