铋是一种毒性物质,国外大气悬浮微粒中铋的测定多采用光谱法如氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法。电位溶出法仪器简单、易于推广。利用溶液通氮除氧降低氧化剂浓度来提高电位溶出分析的灵敏度具有分析时间长、操作不方便、由于惰性气体引入增加了造成污染机会等缺点。本文实验发现:在盐酸介质中加入硫氰酸钾后,溶液不通氮除氧,铋的电位溶出波有数量级增加;甲基紫的存在能使其溶出波形大大改善。利用HCl-KSCN-甲基紫体系测定铋具有简单、灵敏等特点。
Bismuth is a toxic substance, foreign atmospheric aerosols in the determination of bismuth using spectroscopy such as hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry. Potentiometric dissolution apparatus is simple, easy to promote. The use of solution through nitrogen and oxygen to reduce the concentration of oxidant to improve the sensitivity of the potential dissolution analysis with long analysis time, inconvenient to operate, due to the introduction of inert gas to increase the opportunity to cause pollution and other shortcomings. In this paper, we found that: after the addition of potassium thiocyanate in hydrochloric acid medium, the solution does not pass nitrogen and oxygen, and the potential elution wave of bismuth increases by an order of magnitude; the presence of methyl violet can greatly improve its dissolution waveform. Determination of bismuth using HCl-KSCN-methyl violet system is simple, sensitive and so on.
