今年是“质量、品种、效益年”。质量与品种,其中也包蕴着效益的内涵。无论大型、中型或小型企业,都要讲求效益。效益下降,是当前许多企业面临的问题。为此,本刊增设《企业增效举隅》一栏,为读者提供一些如何取得良好效益的实例,以资借鉴。 本栏所刊登的文章都是近年来国内企业实证研究的成果。它既不同于一般的企业管理理论论述,又不同于报章刊登的经验介绍。作者结合案例分析,对现代管理原理进行阐述,给人启发与思考的余地。 如果说这也是一种尝试的话,实则是对读者几年前一种要求的回报。1985至1986年间,本刊在举办《干部现代化知识讲座》时,得到广大读者的热情支持,同时读者也希望结合中国企业实际,刊登一些例证,以便加深对有关章节的理解。可惜,当时,这类案例库刚刚着手建立。现在条件成熟了,作者和编者都有意为“质量、品种、效益年”做点实事。开辟此栏可说是恰逢其时。编者企盼着读者赐予宝贵意见,以使本栏办得更加丰富和生动。 This year is the “year of quality, variety, and benefit.” Quality and variety, which also contains the connotation of benefits. From 1985 to 1986, the magazine received enthusiastic support from readers when it held the “Seminar on Modernization of Cadre Modernization”. At the same time, readers also hoped to publish some examples in order to deepen the understanding of the relevant chapters. Unfortunately, at the time, such casebases were just beginning to be established.
