近些年来,事业单位体制改革也在不断推进和发展,并取得了一定的成效,促进了事业单位科学化、合理化发展。但是受多种因素的影响,在新的社会发展环境下,事业单位的人力资源管理也是保证其长期健康发展的必要选择。本文针对当前事业单位人力资源管理的发展瓶颈,提出相应的发展对策。
In recent years, institutional reform of public institutions has also been continuously promoted and developed, and some achievements have been made, which has promoted the scientific and rational development of public institutions. However, under the influence of many factors, under the new social development environment, the human resources management of institutions is also a necessary choice to ensure their long-term healthy development. This article aims at the bottleneck of human resource management in current public institutions and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures.
