社会高速发展过程也是各种矛盾突发的过程,群体性涉法事件在现阶段越来越成为不可忽视的主要矛盾。社会转型、行政行为违法、群体法制意识淡薄、基层政府权威弱化等是其发生的重要原因。其本身又具有很强的组织性、复杂性以及过激性。对群体性涉法事件的解决,法律手段意义重大,只有不断完善相关法律救济体系,才能从源头上规制群体性涉法事件的发生。
The rapid social development is also a process of sudden and sudden contradictions.
