至1986年9月8日美国已报告24 576例AIDS患者。本病三年死亡率高达76％,且用IL_2、IFN和骨髓移植重建免疫功能均未成功。鉴于TF能转移细胞免疫力,故可以预防或治疗某些传染病,如水痘、结核性骨髓炎、皮肤利什曼病等。AIDS是病毒引起细胞免疫紊乱所致的疾患。据此,本文报道用自制TF治疗9例AIDS的结果。 9例男性AIDS患者均按CDC标准
As of September 8, 1986, 24 576 AIDS patients have been reported in the United States. Three-year mortality of this disease as high as 76%, and with IL 2, IFN and bone marrow transplantation to reconstruct immune function were unsuccessful.
