目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在军人非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测35例非小细胞肺癌组织中VEGF和MMP-9蛋白的表达。结果 35例非小细胞肺癌和30例正常肺组织中VEGF、MMP-9表达阳性的例数分别为62.8%(22/35)、77.1%(27/35)和20.0%(6/30)、23.3%(7/30),差异有统计学意义。Ⅲ期肺癌VEGF、MMP-9表达的阳性率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期。有淋巴结转移癌的VEGF、MMP-9表达的阳性率明显高于无淋巴结转移的病例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF、MMP-9在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达增多,可能参与了非小细胞肺癌浸润和转移。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in military non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in 35 cases of non-small cell lung cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rates of VEGF and MMP-9 in 35 NSCLC and 30 normal lung tissues were 62.8% (22/35), 77.1% (27/35) and 20.0% (6/30), respectively 23.3% (7/30), the difference was statistically significant. The positive expression rates of VEGF and MMP-9 in stage Ⅲ lung cancer were significantly higher than those in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ. The positive rate of VEGF and MMP-9 expression in lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues may be involved in the invasion and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.
