鉴于职业院校培养目标的特殊性与教务管理的重要性,本文对职业院校的教务管理做了一些思考,一方面,职业院校教务管理需要与教学的特殊性和信息技术接轨,并且转向研究型管理,另一方面,需要更新教务管理的理念,教务管理的目的在于培养创新与实践人才,教务管理提高民主化。
In view of the particularity of the training objectives of vocational colleges and the importance of educational administration, this article does some thinking on the educational administration in vocational schools. On the one hand, the educational administration of vocational schools needs to be in line with the particularity of teaching and information technology, On the other hand, we need to update the concept of educational administration. The purpose of educational administration is to cultivate innovative and practical talents and to improve the democratization of educational administration.
