中等职业学校德育工作的基本任务是把学生培养成具有社会责任感和创新精神的高素质劳动者。这就要求中职学校不仅要传授给学生各种专业技能,还要让学生具备政治思想、道德修养、心理健康、创新意识、竞争意识等可持续发展的综合素质。但由于诸多因素,当前中职学校德育工作仍存在一些亟待解决的问题。通过对德育工作功能的转化和工作方式创新的探讨,力图为解决中职学校德工作的错位和缺失提供一定的参考。
The basic task of moral education in secondary vocational schools is to cultivate students into high-quality laborers with social responsibility and innovative spirit. This requires that secondary vocational schools should not only impart various professional skills to students, but also equip students with the overall quality of sustainable development such as political ideology, moral cultivation, mental health, innovation awareness and competition awareness. However, due to many factors, there are still some problems to be solved in current moral education in vocational schools. Through the discussion on the transformation of the function of moral education and the innovation of working methods, it tries to provide certain reference for solving the dislocation and deficiency of the moral education in secondary vocational schools.
