澳大利亚新南威尔士伤害危险研究中心就运动伤害问题指出,大部分参与运动的人都有过运动伤害经历,主要的原因是大部分人在健身运动中根本就没有把全部精力集中在锻炼上,而是想着其他不相干的事情。运动中最忌讳的就是精力不集中,不能全身心地投入进去,这些人往往被称为“伪健身者”。该研究中心的相关调查显示,约50%的“伪健身者”受过伤,并有逐年增加的趋势,据统计这两三年增长了大约三成。临床发现,因运动而受伤的患者,以30岁左右的女性居多。
