本文分析了1983～1986年四年中武汉市武昌区应征的应届高中毕业生血压,心率及心音的状况。结果表明,我们所观察的人群之动脉收缩压与我国同性别,同年龄组正常人群的标准正常动脉收缩压明显增高,(P<0·01);舒张压则极不稳定;心率显著增快(P<0·01);心脏病理性杂音的发生率男性为1·17%,女性为1.15%,上述的这些改变,女性比男性显著地突出(P<0·05)。同时,我们还观察到心率异常的发生率逐年稍有下降的趋势,舒张压有逐年正常的趋势。
This article analyzes the status of blood pressure, heart rate and heart sounds of the graduating high school graduates from Wuchang District in Wuhan City during 1983 ~ 1986. The results showed that the arterial systolic pressure in our observed population was significantly increased compared with the normal normal systolic pressure in the same age group in our country (P <0.01), diastolic pressure was extremely unstable, and the heart rate was significantly increased (P <0.01). The incidence of heart pathological murmurs was 1.17% in males and 1.15% in females. These changes were significantly higher in females than in males (P <0.05). At the same time, we also observed the incidence of abnormal heart rate decreased slightly year by year trend, diastolic blood pressure has a normal trend year by year.
