针对大秦铁路使用的HXD1、HXD2型大功率重载货运电力机车车轴逐渐进入疲劳期而部分产生疲劳裂纹的情况,制作了车轴实物对比试块,计算了小角度探头探伤使用的探头角度,对从车轴端面采用直探头和小角度探头扫描疲劳裂纹分布区域进行了试验,并指出了实际操作中应注意的问题。实际情况表明,该方法能够有效地检测出机车车轴产生的疲劳裂纹。
According to the situation that the axle of HXD1 and HXD2 high-power heavy haul freight locomotive used by Daqin Railway gradually enters the fatigue period and some fatigue cracks are generated, a physical comparison test block of the axle is manufactured and the angle of the probe used for the flaw detection of the small angle probe is calculated. Axis end face with straight probe and small angle probe scanning fatigue crack distribution area were tested, and pointed out that the actual operation should pay attention to the problem. The actual situation shows that this method can effectively detect the fatigue crack caused by locomotive axles.
